Had a bone in turkey breast dyeing of old age in the freezer so I decide it was time to smoke it up a little.
Use EVOO and some TJs 21 Seasoning Salute. Did indirect with KBB and apple and pecan for the smoke.
Ran at 325-350 for about 2 ½ hours pulled at 160 and let it rest in foil.
Sides were mashed taters and green beans.
Easy tasty dinner.

Nice turkey dinner Rich & Barb. I keep telling Deb we need to fix a turkey, but she never brings any home.

Love that turkey dinner Rich. Plate shot is outstanding. I could eat turkey year round but settle for 3-4 times a year.
