Did a 5.5lb Costco boneless pork shoulder which took about 19 hours to reach 192f before I had to give up. Didn't want to wrap it.
Lost quite a few photos because my iPhone has finally given up.

Sounds like that shoulder put up a valiant fight, but in the end, you were victorious! Looks great from here, Gary! I'll try to get some game day pics up later, my ribs are on, stuffed peppers and wings later.....

Great cook Gary, got a shoulder in the freezer, with warmer weather coming need to make me some PP.
 
Great looking grub there Gary. I am running one right now and getting nervous about it breaking through the plateau in time for the big game. I hope mine turns out half as good as yours looks...
