Hopefully get some good use out of this... Besides hanging Beef sticks, Ribs and Chicken, what are some more practical uses?

I use mine for hanging bacon and jerky at very low heat to smoke/dry them (100*F-ish) then bump up the bacon to 140*F-ish, Kielbasa, Summer Sausage, Snack Sticks, etc to smoke them by starting low and bump up to 100-175/180*F), and hanging turkey breast and chickens at direct medium heat (300*-350*F-ish). I've not done ribs yet.

I did sticks and bacon. The Bacon was on the mini. Not much bacon I smoked. Need sticks or kielbasa is a must.
 
Search "meat hooks" at cabellas.com great selection, great prices and shipping is more reasonable
 
8 hooks for 25......free ground shipping from pitbarrelcooker.com I checked cabellas and the medium size hooks were six for 24.99 and didn't include shipping....so things may have changed.....but i am looking forward to the hooks....just got my hanging smoker rack from amazon. . . .
