Lots of good ideas on this Forum. You might want to get some better hooks for meat, the S style hooks.
I did sticks and bacon. The Bacon was on the mini. Not much bacon I smoked. Need sticks or kielbasa is a must.I use mine for hanging bacon and jerky at very low heat to smoke/dry them (100*F-ish) then bump up the bacon to 140*F-ish, Kielbasa, Summer Sausage, Snack Sticks, etc to smoke
Where do u get hooks? I have seen some make them.
I just saw the videos. $25 for hooks? Hmmmmm.
