Merry Christmas!


 
A wonderful Christmas to all. I am literally EXHAUSTED. Grilling on the Wolf, the Ninja, cooking on the little Vevor Induction cooker and in the kitchen on the big Samsung. We've made penne with marinara, fettucine with anchovies, sautéed sea scallops, grilled Chilean sea bass in the Ninja, shrimp cocktail, salmon spread, cod with lemon, white wine, capers, and a couple other things when we counted we had 8 fishes not 7. Oh we did order calamari from Benny Salamone at Franchesco's

Yes there is. And they're deeeelish. Everything turned out great. I only made one "mistake". I'd forgotten I put the lobster tails on the Ninja and I over cooked them a bit but dunked in drawn butter still very good
