Memphis style ribs


 
Memphis Rendezvous ribs were my first experience at real ribs while I was a student. It was such a treat and loved the restaurant. I still try to go there when I am in that area to just experience that place and bring back memories. I love dry ribs, and still have some of the Rendezvous rub somewhere. Fun thing for me was finding out they cook them on a high heat for only about 45 minutes to serve. Kind of explains their texture, but still really enjoy them when I can.
 
I really enjoy some higher heat ribs. Think they are underrated. You don’t have to cook something for five hours for it to be good! Looks awesome!
