Memorial Day Cook

I finally got around to putting this up.

The menu consisted of beef back ribs, hamburgers, hot dogs, porterhouse steaks, sauteed Vidalia onions, corn on the cob, Caesar salad and beer.

I lightly rubbed the ribs with SPOG. I cooked them on my 18 1/2" WSM at 250F using KBB and cherry wood chunks. I cooked them for about 3 hours unfoiled. I then foiled them with squeeze Parkay and water. I cooked them until toothpick tender, about another 2 1/2 hours.
I put Worcestershire sauce and dehydrated onions on the burgers. I put fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt on the steaks.
I cooked the hamburgers, hot dogs and steaks on my 26 3/4" OTG.
I cooked the corn and onions on my Genesis S-330.

The beef ribs were my Smoke Day contribution.

Those beef ribs look great. I will have to try those. As does everything else. I didn't realize how big the 26.75 was until that picture. I am adding that to my want list. Thanks for the pics.
