Howday folks and happy memorial day! Hope it was relaxing! Did a little memorial day cook with some friends(fellow vet).. Sorry pictures lacked due to the amount of booze consumed on this holiday!
Here is the setting (aka Alaskan PIGvillion!)

Abt's ready to roll(sweet mini peppers with italian sausage, cream cheese, bacon, chives and some coffee sweet coffee rubb!)

Abt's on with some chicken thighs soaked in stubs and wrapped in bacon(some on the bottom rack too!)

Yep that was only half the oysters!!! Other 12 were just bbq'ed open and sucked down with tabasco!
