Meatloaves for Cliff and Bob

Last night I shared a drink with some of the friends that have passed in the last few weeks. I’d like to think they all would have enjoyed dinner.
grilled shrimp, pierogi, beets, creamed spinach, meatloaves. (Those looked prettier before the bacon crumbled during slicing)

Thanks folks.
Just finishing cleaning things up, I was too exhausted by midnight when folks went home but, a fine time was had by all! The after effect of enjoying the beets is always a little unsettling the next morning but then, I remind myself and realize I do not need to go to the ER, juvenile, I know but, it does make me giggle a little.
