Meatloaf Help

Do you use the water pan with or without water while doing a meatloaf?? Temps 225 to 250?
And I assume an IT of 160

I use water in my waterpan.
I prefer 250F to get some nice crust too
IT is 160F

Some like to always use the water pan others put sand in it just trying to figure things out.

I've stopped using water all together. And for meatloaf, I'd try to let the wsm get as hot as it would like to go. 300-350° is great. no need to L&S meatloaf. And yes it would go for 150-160°IT.
