Meatloaf, garlic, sour cream, and cheddar smashed potatoes, and organic butternut squash finished with butter and brown sugar... Yum yum... Does it get any better?

I made my first smoked meatloaf about a little over a year ago.

I gottta tell you I (and the family) cant't believe how much better it is than using the oven.

Used Chris's recipe in the cooking section terrific.

Tim that looks great. I actually have some venison burger still in the freezer I have been wondering what to do with. Now I know. Hoping to do it this weekend.
