Oh, and broccoli. Friday night steak grill. Some standard grocery bone in New York strips seasoned with Montreal steak seasoning. I need to get to Penzeys to try something new, but we really like MSS.

The diced red potatoes seasoned with fresh thyme, S&P, and EVOO had already been on for half hour or 45 minutes, and the steaks went on for a sear.

Steaks were off and resting, so the broccoli with chopped onion, garlic herb, S&P, and EVOO went on the grill.

Nothing special, just a steak grill, but I hope you enjoyed it!
