Saw an earlier post a few weeks back for Mcrib n armadillo eggs and Mac n cheese. Can't pull out the WSM today so gonna try pseudo "low n slow" on the ole gasser...

Got some country style boneless ribs on sale ... Gonna put a lil of this and a lil of that for da rub

And had a few thick cut chops already thawed out with sum weber smokey mesquite on a few and some SPOG on the others....

Try some hickory splinters for a lil smoke in ye olde foil packet

Gonna give em a lil hit of some of this sauce with a lil ACV rift at the end

Good job, Kurt! Although at first I thought you were going to grind the pork and then make some patties with painted grill marks...
