seasoned 10 chicken thighs (shé~cone thighs) with Weber's Kick'N Chicken...
then arranged them in the rotisserie basket.
Set-up the 22"WSM equipped with the Cajun Bandit reversible ring to cook these malcontents.

after 35 minutes or so, I used the Great GREEN Thermopen Quick Read Thermometer + the meat was cooked!
 
let's serve it up and EET!

from our garden, fresh roasted potatoes and a broccoli/cauliflower salad was an addition to the bird.

Honest to Betsy, this WAS the GREATEST chicken thighs I've EVER made....!
After dinner, I went to the far stretches of the backyard...

...to fire up a large pile of brush that's been dried out for some time... and after a brief downpour...

Jim, your pictures are as awesome as your cooks!! Truly impressed with this one. Chicken looks perfectly cooked with amazing color and the plated picture just made me hungry again. Awesome sky!!!!

Fantastic looking dinner and photos Jim! I've got the ring and roto, but not the 22.5 WSM,
so I will just continue to use it on my kettles, until...........;)
 
Really????? A GREEN pen??? I'm surprised one can even cook with that color.:cool:

I looked at your set-up before, considering one for myself, and you may have pushed me over the edge to buy one........ok, it's only money and more toys, but dang, that chicken do look good!!!;)

Also filled with envy at the size of your backyard. Where's my "for sale" sign?..................d
