Master-Touch with new-style Lid Bale

I decided to get the new Performer lid bale so I could use the bale with a rotisserie.

I understand why Weber does not include this bale with the MT; it does make the balance a bit sketchy. It won’t fall over on its own, but it doesn’t take much effort to tip over. Of course, this is without grates installed. If it’s still easier to tip when loaded, I will probably put some lead inside the front leg to make it more stable.

What Brand of tape are you using to patch-up the holes are your Cajun Bandit Rotisserie Kit??
