Pizza on the kettle is pretty tricky. I concluded that I can't go high heat and bake it. I go medium heat and have the pizza cook 8-15 min to get crispy crust and topping.
I prefer cooking fresh/frozen pizza on the Q2200. Pre-heating the pizza stone for 20min(temp shows about 570) then baking until golden. I find the convection cooking on the Q works well for pizza.
