Hi,all!

These are a few pictures from Saturday's overnight smoke. I started with a 7 lb butt and a bunch of Maple chunks that I'd ordered
from a seller on Ebay weeks back, but hadn't found time to use yet. I used a rub I found a recipe for either online or in a magazine. The beans were the star of the show. I found a recipe that called for mustard bbq sauce, which is the thing here in SC. I ate a plate of beans before the pork was even pulled, and I don't like Baked Beans. Anyways, thanks for looking and take care.

Boy those beans look fantastic...........

any shot you'd share your recipe??? it's killing me how good they look

Love the way your Q turned out. I always do beans with the pork shoulder. Generally I put them on the lower rack to catch some of the meat drippings. Would love to know what you put in them.

Thanks to everyone for the positive feedback! The beans were inspired by a YouTube video that I found. Here is a text link to the recipe http://bbqbros.net/larrys-meat-lovers-baked-beans/
I didn't use the ground beef. I didn't have any and it was 50/50 whether I'd even eat the beans or send them to my parents' house where nothing gets wasted. I also used smoked sausage instead of kielbasa. I don't like Baked Beans, but these were really good.
