Mango Peach Salsa Chicken

Hard to believe its the beginning August, and we need to thinking about winter - Actually, we're way behind, and probably should have starting thinking about two months ago - Pretty much happens every year. Anyway, spent the morning bucking up wood. The goods news I've actually started -Bad news is, I'm only about a third of the way there.

Anyway, back to food. We had bought some mango /peach salsa. It was very flavorful, but seemed too sweet for chips, or dipping. I had a chicken brining, and wasn't exactly sure what I was going to do with it, so I decided to use the salsa. Pulsed it in the blender for a could of seconds, and vola! Instant sweet and spicy BBQ sauce.

I've been on a spatchcock chicken in the WSM kick of late, so it seemed a like a good fit. A little peach wood, and off it goes.

Did some corn, it is so good right now. Had some bread in the freezer that we threw on too.
