Maiden voyage on my new coppertop, wings!

Grilled up some wings tonight for the NFL draft on my new copper bowl!

Didn’t get fancy, just rinsed wings dried them, let them sit for about an hour, dried again. Then tossed in a little Aluminum free baking powder.
Cooked indirect, vents wide open for an hour, flipped them about half way into it.
Tossed in some Hooters wing sauce. Nice and crispy on the outside and juicy inside.

That Yuengling caught my eye. Not available in Mo, so we
have to bootleg it in. I still have about a 6-pack left from a
trip to Memphis a couple of mos ago.
