Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos

Whipped up some fish tacos and shrimp 2 ways the other day in between hockey and wrestling tournaments...

Marinated Mahi mahi and 1/2 the shrimp I n Orange/lemon/lime zest and juice, garlic and some Cajun seasoning...

Other shrimp in Goya Chiotle and Sirracha

Homemade slaw and homemade guac ... Store bought corn salsa... Grilled jalapeños and gr onions as well with a side of beans/rice

Excellent !!












Another pork tenderloin marinated in AJuice/ACV and Jamaican jerk



Pork steaks via virtual weber web site ... Glazed with SBR and ACV





Couple pieces of salmon in soy/ginger/garlic/gr mustard/evoo
