Made some great Baby Backs friday

Temp stayed between 210 and 230 except it got up to 260 when taking the Lid off to spray with Vineger and Oil. They turned out great! I used 1 chunk of Apple and 3 chunks of Hickory. Used the Minion Method lighting about 14 coals. Made my own Rub and for Sauce just used some Sweet Baby Rays with alittle Honey. Took about 4 hours and 15 mins.
