Low carb dinner

Grilled chicken thighs, asparagus & sautéed spinach, tomato and garlic.

And this is what happened to my lid after a storm a couple weeks ago. Felt like a small tornado when through my back yard and 2 of my neighbors. Took down 3 sides of my fence , snapped a tree in half, broke the clips on my spa cover and threw it, took the cover off the performer (who knows where that is) and threw the lid and messed it up.

First the good. Chicken and sides look awesome. Really like your sautéed spinach, tomato and garlic! Now for the bad regarding storm damage. Sorry for the damage to your property, including the lid to your Performer. I guess it could be worse. The lid could be with your missing cover!

Wow man - that is too bad about your property. Wind and water are mighty forces. Fortunately no one was hurt. Great job on the low carb meal - Kari and I may try to duplicate that soon - we are low carbing it too...

Regards,

John

Sorry to here about the damage, but glad no one was hurt. Barb and I are trying different low carb / low fat meals also. Yours looks excellent!

Great job on the cook everything looks so yummy and I love your sauteed spinach, tomatoe and garlic. Sorry about the damage at lease no one was hurt.

Great looking meal. Is that just a pizza screen you are cooking on? That storm really sucked. We lost part of the fence as well. But better of than my neighbor who had a tree land on his truck. Gotta love the foothills during a storm :p

Yep, that's a pizza screen. And yes, the foothill wind sucks. I've lived here 10 years and every year I hate it when there is rain w/high winds. The first time, 9 years ago, the winds were so high it pushed the rain past my windows, creating water damage inside my house.

I feel your pain on the wind damage. We had a bad wind storm a few months ago that blew my kettle over and on top of my SJ. Damaging both of them!! ;( The WSM stood strong lol.
