Loving the Rotisserie

The CB Rotisserie and Weber Kettle are making for some great food !! Did (2) chickens and a turkey breast so far, loving it !
Brined all of them for a few hours and experimented with different rubs.

Looks like you’re nailing it! I’ve got a Weber rotisserie and love it.

Love using the rotisserie on my 22" kettle. Cooked a large prime rib roast last weekend, and eventhough I overcooked it a little, it was still incredibly juicy and tender.

Tried it, it’s OK but, I prefer batons of pineapple with a little grill marking and a grilled caramel sauce.
It’s worth the experiment and sure as heck still fun!

Beef gets my vote, nothing better than some crispy fat on a nice joint.
