Nancy grabbed a small pork loin and we marinated it for four hours in Mr. Yoshida’s original marinade. This is sweet but far from overwhelming so it’s nice for this. I dusted the pork loin with Penzys BBQ3000 before grilling. Grilling is simple, 3 to 4 minutes a side on direct, then move it over to indirect until you hit 165F. The asparagus was brushed with a tarragon butter sauce. I know, nothing new but we like it. Nancy cooked the potatoes inside. Chopped and hit with thyme, garlic, salt and pepper. They were good! Finally some Texas style bread to round everything off.

The “Helper” is already looking for scraps.
