That will clean up nicely for a person wanting own his first WSM, the thing about Weber WSMs is they are built to last not much to wear out unless you drop them or just want to replace a grate, they only just make improvements over these older models.
I would buy it.

Hey Chuck, Still working on my house.
Got to go out last Friday, had a springer on for about 5 minutes and lost it while trying to net it. Happens occasionally, just part of fishing. Can't go out this weekend, but I'm plotting to go a lot in May.
 
If I lived in that area I would buy it and add it to the stable. Great find. Hope someone from the group gets it.
