while the ribs and bacon and buffalo is chuggin' along on this Smoke Day 9, thought i'd post last night's dinner.
been a while since I've seen hanger steak around these parts.... actually asked the butcher WHEN will they gettum in...
told me in May, so...... it's May.
1.5 pounds, marinated in whatever they use... it's quite good, I only seasoned with S&P
high heat, turning to char/sear...
don't take long for medium rare...
Halved Yukons also were on that grill in a CIS
from our garden,
fresh Bok Choy with onions and Shiitake, Oyster (or Pleurote) and baby bella 'shrooms were sautéed
then dinner was served up....
