Long time blog stalker, first time poster

Had my WSM for about 4 months now and have been cooking just about every weekend for my wife and I. Heading to the gulf coast tomorrow and loading up the smoker to cook for the whole family. Wish me luck. I read so much on here and it has really been helpful. As soon as I opend the box on the WSM and fired it up I felt like I had done it many times before. Keep the good tips coming and thanks for stoking the fire of my new addiction.

Forgot the most important part. 2 8lb butts will go on tomorrow evening and go all night to eat Monday, then spare ribs on Tuesday.
