Long cook on a JJ

Who has experience with this? Basically what I'd like to know is the best charcoal setup...snake or modified minion. I'm looking to do a pulled pork cook on it in a couple weeks when we visit the inlaws.:cool:
 
Cooked a pork butt on it yesterday. 11 1/2 hour cook and the JJ holds and maintains temps very well, better than my 22" kettles. A lot less fuel used too. I didn't use the snake on this cook.
