Like my new centerpiece? :)

I would HATE to be without my 18.5 but confess that I use my 14.5 more often. There are only two of us at home and I can easily do two Boston Butts at once or eight half racks of ribs (using two rib racks). My favorite thing is to do "Hot and Fast Chicken" without the water pan. Jerk Chicken is my favorite but also have great things to say about Orange Marmalade Sriracha Chicken parts. The grand kids prefer regular BBQ'd chicken parts (they don't like the heat).

Either the 14.5 or the Mini-Joe are the BOMB for cold smoking cheese or nuts. I use the A-maze-n smoke tube for that.

When we have a bunch of the family (or friends) in, I have been known to run several units at once:rolleyes:.

Jo;
You're going to LOVE that smallest Weber. Hope your mother progresses well with her re-hab so you can get to smokin', soon! Of course, we are going to have to have lots of good pictures of yours in action.

Keep on smokin',
