So here we are again up late and setting up our Christmas tree...


Then we got a little hungry so I put on the smoker a little ham with peach wood.

It's a little early but it's all good.


The tree is up and the pic is a little blurry but I can assure the tree looks great.


Here it is plated and ready to eat.

Good night and good morning to you my Friend, tree looks great and the meal is one of my all time favorite combos. I just call it comfort food.
 
Look's great Tony gotta love Qing or grilling in the Cali weather, I'am chewing on some wing's right now lol....
 
I love your late night adventures, brother! Always gettin into somethign after the kids go down!

Watched the video and my 2 year old starts yelling, "He's grilling! He's grilling like US"! My little helper thought the ham looked great! ;)
 
Good night-good morning to you. Love the tree. The video was cool. Now I'm thinking ham and egg boretos for breakfast.
 
I don't know how you do it Tony...all I could manage to do after work yesterday was to pop a few brews, order pizza and chill on the couch!!


Great looking ham dinner and your tree looks awesome...I think we have that on tap for the weekend as well!!
 
Tony your wife goes all out on the tree like my wife! Looks great! Plate looks like some's Thanksgiving plate, but just a late night meal for you guys.

I'm not joking I think it took about 3-4 hours to do the whole tree set up.
 
Tony and Maribel, my good friends, those twenty hour days of yours would knock me under the table! The meal looks good, the tree even better!
 
That's the Christmas spirit....Mrs. Claus and her elf. Nice ham too. I don't know how you stay up that late. I'm in bed by 8.
 
I expect nothing else out of you Tony, while your wife decorates the beautiful Christmas tree you are out cooking.
