Less than Stellar Results

Sometimes you Don’t!!
Glad this one was for me!!
The Can of Beef Broth removed my Beautiful Bark.
I pulled at 203 but I guess it climbed to 208 in the Cooler!!
The Flat just fell apart & crumbled!!
The Point was ok!!
Taste is Fantastic!!
I’ll just make Chopped Beef out of it & Call it a Day!!

Been there done that more times than I want to think about. Still the chopped beef was a good save, lots of possibilities with that.
Brads thinking tacos I'm thinking a little seasoning and enchiladas.

Could be worse, sometimes they look beautiful but don't taste fantastic like yours did. I'll have a bite!

Everything has you..........uh I mean me thinking taco's
I make tacos out of things you normally should not make tacos out of...

The cook was probably tasty....I am like 50 % on how my briskets come out, it is basically me getting poor cuts a lot of the time.
