I'm not much of a veggie eater, but I've been trying to expand my palette. So when I saw this recipe with parsnips and turnips, I thought I would give it a try. My wife is not keen on me using her fancy enameled cast iron on the grill, so I picked up the new Weber GBS dutch oven.

The new Weber Dutch Oven Duo.

The gasser is warming up and all the ingredients are mis en place.

Browning the chicken while sauteeing the root veggies.

The chicken is browned, the wine has been added, and it's time to cover it up and let it cook.

40 minutes later it was finished. The lid was off the last 5-10 minutes.
