I'm a truck driver!

True, but here's the nutshell story: I own and operate a one-truck/one-trailer trucking company. I also cook privately all over the place for clients in Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Nevada, Connecticut, Massachusetts, California, Colorado, Texas, and cook for and with friends in those states and a few others as well.

I am the former executive chef of a couple different places in Miami Beach's 'South Beach' area, former chef de cuisine of a few in San Francisco, former GM of a place in North Miami Beach, one in South Miami and a couple in California before. Before the west coast, I cooked and/or managed in New England. I've done quite a bit of consulting with involvement in pre-opening start-ups and post-opening fix-the-problems consulting. And I've done a lot of menu and recipe development for various entities hither and yon.

So, that's me in a nutshell.
