Leftover Michigan Asparagus = Egg McBob & Cheesy Bake

Leftover on purpose, I cooked 2.5 lbs. so I would have leftovers.

Breakfast
Smoked pork loin, asparagus, mushroom, cheese, egg omelet McBob.

Lunch
Prep:
Spears in buttered skillet, egg beaten with mayo, cheese, Panko crumbs.

On the grill, topped with cooked bacon.

Cheese, crumbs, and fresh pepper added.

Breakfast was an egg McBob original.
Lunch was an idea I got from my daughter.
Smokin' a tri tip for supper, come on over!
 
This is a great diet Bob!!!
I love such breakfast... but lunch is also amazing ...I do not know ... I would like to eat it all at once!!!;)
I have a lot to learn from you, sir.
 
I could eat either of them for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner! Doesn't matter
they both look terrific and I bet they tasted even better. Awesome photos too Bob!

Watcha do with the rest of the asparagus? Surely that's not 2 1/2 lbs? However much it is, it looks great!
