Left overs


 
I think I’m going to make pulled pork nachos for dinner tonight, already made a nice batch of brisket chili for later. I need to repackage is into quart containers and freeze that, maybe four quarts. Then I’ll need to make cornbread and grate some cheese. This was a good brisket! The SRF will happen for Halloween, I think.

Jim just some homemade chili beans my wife made three different kinds of beans with some green chilies minus the seeds can’t handle that heat no more corn chips cheddar cheese chunk of some tri-tip and laid it on top that’s pretty much it did the same thing the following day minus the corn chips stuffed them into a tortilla next day and deep-fried them they were delicious but no pics on those 😎
