lazy day chicken...

fired up the kettle today.. brined chicken in Jack honey pepper lemmon and kosher salt.. used stubbs with post oak and apple..stray cat sierra helped out while i drank a few sierra nevadas here is the finished product... great day in SC

thanx much, trapped this cat in my neighborhood almost 2 yrs ago had her fixed and shots, been taking care of her ever since, the brine i used works great and that little bit of post oak i got from fruita was nice, good stuff, did a tritip with it the day before and hit it hard with smoke just too check out the flavor profile, and i liked it..thanx again glenn in SC
