Been a busy week. Didn't get home until late Thursday, but I was craving a steak. Stopped at the store and they were picked pretty clean, but I was able to get a decent looking strip and a couple mangled looking filets that were dirt cheap. Got 'em on high heat rubbed w/ a fair amount of Red Eye Express for a pseudo 'crust'. While the grill was heating and the steaks cooking, I marinated some green beans and green onions in some Soy Vay Island Teriyaki.
Steaks off. The filets made a nice easy lunch for my wife and kids the next day.
Veg off:
Plated. I didn't get to this point until 10pm, but it was worth the wait.
