Late night snack...


 
Now that's what I want for a midnight snack! Tony & Maribel...by publishing the fact that you turn out superb food during the night shift, I hope you realize that you're making yourself susceptible to random TVWBB members showing up at your doorstep at 3AM demanding charcoal-grilled sausage & onions. Consider yourselves warned ;).
 
When I was a younger man Tony, in the summertime, we would have some kickin' late night meals. But we never thought to fire up the grill! Great job, again.
 
So this is what you're doing while I'm sleeping?

Delicious! and Rolling Rock to wash it down. Now about them Cowboys, dont they train down in Thousand Oaks Tony? Do you every go check it out?
 
Looks like a perfect late night snack!
I like to grill up some hot links and wrap them in tortillas with saute'd onions and a touch of bbq sauce.
Quick and delicious. :)

lol...Bob its rare Im up that late but sometimes I will drink a red bull energy drink and Im awake for a few more hours. Still buzzing but not sleepy.

I never been to training camp. They are in Oxnard. I wanted to go today but the schedule said it started at 4pm its too far for to drive 4 hours round trip on a monday... assuming there's no traffic on the 101
 
Sausage looks great!! And, sauteed onions with them and a bit of mustard is the only way to go! .......Looks like you had enough to invite all of us to your place Tony!
