On the left: Brew City Burgers
On the right: Sriracha Burgers
I do not know all the ingredients, since I did not make them.
It's a late supper (liz did not arrive home until 8pm)
butt as the sun sets in southeastern Badgerland, ... dinner still needs to be cooked.
So, the 22" OTG with CIGs gets fired-up.
a coupla sweet onions are sliced thin, tossed in OliveOil, seasoned with Penzey's Adobo then in a CIS...
Waffle taters were being roasted in the oven while this is all goin' on...
Annnd those burgers were introduced to the grates... just a stick or three of hickory for smoke...
onions cooked down nicely... lotsa flavour there!
got some very nice & very fresh Ciabatta Asiago rolls then toasted them for a few seconds...
the meat with dairy product was removed and set aside...
Then served up with those wonderful onions beneath, then cheese, then meat, then cheese, then....
the Sriracha burger was BEST! (imo) Very Yummy! and the rolls were DYNAMITE!
the mayo dippin' sauce was also a bit tangy, whipped up with Hellmann's & chipotle adobo sauce
This was quite a groovy and easy cook...
