Last Weekend Of The Year Burgers

Our best friends youngest daughter is in town,along with their kids,our godkids. Guess what they wanted? "Grumpy's" burgers! Who am I to turn them down!
I got a bottom round roast,a chuck steak and some flanken short ribs. Cubed and seasoned with Weber's Gourmet Burger rub,through the KA meat grinder attachment they went! Sorry,no pics!

Topped with blue cheese and served with whatever you wanted on 'em! Wow,these were very yummy! And I'll tell ya,there's nothing like fresh ground beef! Thanks for looking!

Santa brought me the KA meat grinder attachment and sausage stuffer kit for Christmas and I'm excited to use it. I only just cleaned all of the ice and snow off of the deck, so I'm hoping to give it a test soon.
