well, after many requests i agreed too BBQ for my work folks.. i did 12 chickens, mostly halves, 6 spare rib racks and an 18lb turkey.. i have never done anything like this before and it was a lotta work. i had my 2 18.5 WSMs 22inch kettle, and later a friend brought another WSM.. here is the start..

end of the day..damm worn out..ran with stubbs and wicked good all day and pecan and peach from fruita wood..great learning experience..
 
That's a big cook and everything looks delicious!! But be warned you will be asked to cook again and often :)
 
And employee evals start this week? You should be golden (like those chickens). That's a lot of lip smacking work.
