My BBQ watch dog on point!

Added some scalloped taters ....

Chicken looking good!

Taters got their final cheese and and wings got some sauce (tried sweet baby rays sweet and spicey)

This cracked me up big time at 4:10 in the morning.
I am making some Country style ribs for Dinch today, and I may keep the grill going for some evening snacks.

Looks good, great idea with the frying pan on the block. What kind of block is that? It's bigger than a brick. Also, a second question if you don't mind. How do you like that grate? I like to cook chili and beans with a full dutch oven and need more support in the center because of the weight do you think that would help? Do you have the griddle for the center? I guess that is 3 questions :)

Actually it's just 2 bricks...the grate works well with CI...little heavier gage so it helps..I don't have the griddle ...I use CI pans on the grill quite a bit so I didn't see the need. Also I have done quite a bit of Dutch oven cooking in the kettle..another option is to omit the grate all together, get a few bricks and set them
Up around your coals and put your oven on top of that.

I'm going to try without the top grate and a couple bricks on the bottom grate which is a much heavy grade. The last time I used the dutch with a pot a chili I was concerned about bending the top grate
