...was a dud, but we cooked anyway.
started with beef slices in the oven / dehydrator...
it turned out pretty good, everyone at work ate it up.
The weather wasn't too bad here Sunday,
so I took a television outside to watch some of the 72 hour pre-game show...
Here's a nice guy from Wisconsin giving some **** to Archie's kid after a sack...
I like that ▲
reminiscing of the Naw'lins game years ago 'gainst the Pat's...
so I had a Big Easy Brew...
then I got some ribs on the 26"OTG
these were Chocolate Chili Ribs from a recipe in one of Steven Raichlen's CBs
I cut these spares Saint Louie style then seasoned the trimmings with Penzey's Jerk Pork Seasoning
...and I used apple wood for smoke flavour.
while those were cookin', and while the 96 hour pre-game show was still in it's 11th hour,
I hung a few of my favourite framed momentos in my back room where this computer is located...
my Green Bay Packer Stock... ▲
my finest achievement in sports history... ▲
