Liz, my wife, read this post and corrected me. The butter noodles are made with green cabbage, onions and snap peas. Apparently, i pay more attention to watching paint dry than her side concoctions.

Nice looking plate. I'd enjoy that cabbage dish almost as much as the ribs.

We've been eating a good bit of cabbage lately. It's pretty cheap, and it keeps a long time in the crisper.
