Laminate Flooring

You can unzip the tiles say down the center and a side and then slide the section out of the garage so you can rinse the dirt out of the garage. Then pull the tiles back in and step press lock them back into place. Very simple to manage. Kinda like a flat Lego system.
I think I'd rather just pull out a hose and squeegee or a broom and have it all done in a few minutes.

As Brett said the Cork backing is a big plus to deaden shoe traffic, also there is a big difference in wear ratings, and some of the higher ones come with water proofing.
learned alot about this flooring while replacing the floors at our church our paster had a couple different salesman come in to explain there products and the different levels of construction.
that was 4 years ago so i am sure a lot has changed . Hope all goes well.

Sadly Marty no longer makes rolls. But, he does do a couple of “farmers markets” with coffee cakes and cookies and his buttercream cake frosting. He closed, retired and within six months he said “I was bored!” And started doing the markets!
I got cloverleaf rolls from Sarkozy bakery here and they were like golf balls, stale as a Milton Berle joke!
For some reason, I’m having a hard time finding GOOD dinner rolls ! The search continues…

I did 36 in by 8 in tile throughout in my new place and I'm happy with it.

Chuck I like the one you picked out. I prefer lighter color on the floor and I like whites and grays. Much easier to keep clean looking especially if it's got a little bit of contrast in the colors.

The benefit it you don’t bring* the dirt into your home in the first place. Mind you, we have very different weather than you do.
I'll say (currently high wind and 1 deg above). No I will NOT be standing out on the deck with the grill or pit. I will however be using the little Ninja just in front of the garage for that rack of lamb (actually half a rack) I hate leftover lamb so we'll cook lamb twice this week :D
And typically in the house we're slippers on shoes off types.
