SF is updated seems to have come to temp much better, decided to do some lamb chops and tri tip with a chimichurri sauce I whipped up this AM.
Both meats are seasoned with Oakridge SPOGOS and Carne Crosta.
Not bad, Bruno, not bad at all!! They both look great, and the presentation on the tri-tip with the chimichurri is perfect! I'm sure whomever you put this in front of enjoyed it very much!
