Starting the cook off with Roti Ribs and use the Root beer Bourbon glaze on them, we have become addicted to these.

I don't have many pictures of the actual cook as the menu included Ribs, Roadside Chicken, Rib Eyes and the lady of the house made grilled potatoes with a blue cheese dressing

It was a great meal with family and friends on our almost completed patio.

Lovin that grilling area! Quite a good looking spread of food there James. Is that the root beer bourbon glaze spareribs recipe out of the "New American Barbeque" Weber book? If so Barb and I have made it a couple of times and really like it. '
