Just an incredible day in Southern Oregon…wanted to try yet another twist on some drummers. Started out with a G&T and some good tunes!

Did a base of my Santa Maria rub then topped with a Korean rub from Spiceology. Let it sit for about an hour before putting it on Performer with some Cowboy briquettes and some pecan for some light smoke.
Mixed some sweeter sauce with some Franks and swirled it in a bowl and then placed back on the grill for a few minutes. 
Made some slaw with some olive oil and rice wine vinegar and S&P.
Chuck roast is on the menu for today!
