Korean chicken with sauce and slaw

Just an incredible day in Southern Oregon…wanted to try yet another twist on some drummers. Started out with a G&T and some good tunes!
IMG_2946.jpegIMG_2942.pngDid a base of my Santa Maria rub then topped with a Korean rub from Spiceology. Let it sit for about an hour before putting it on Performer with some Cowboy briquettes and some pecan for some light smoke.IMG_2947.jpegIMG_2948.jpegMixed some sweeter sauce with some Franks and swirled it in a bowl and then placed back on the grill for a few minutes. IMG_2949.jpegIMG_2950.jpegMade some slaw with some olive oil and rice wine vinegar and S&P.IMG_2952.jpegChuck roast is on the menu for today!
