Very nice, Jim! Ya know, I love all of your cooks. Every single one of them. I don't mean to take anything away from the magic you bring to whatever meat you are cooking on any particular night, but I just have to say….your potatoes are always incredible. And tonight's are at the top of the list. I love taters, but I never seem to get them anywhere close to yours. I guess I just have to keep trying!!!

Great job. And I definitely need to try some of that hot mayo. Cholula is my favorite!!

Hey! You have the Pigvillion, I have squat! If it rains, I don't cook, if I get wet I melt! I aspire to have your setup but when i do I am going to have a pizza/bread oven on one end.
